Description:

OnePlus is looking to hire a Manager - Accounts Receivables/ offline store revenue accounting for the Bangalore HQ role.


Job responsibilities:

1. Handling daily receipts reconciliation of multiple offline stores basis sales report payment gateway report & Bank Statement

2. Handling revenue reconciliation for multiple offline stores

3. Handling Bank Reconciliation along with ERP accounting

4. Handling Queries from offline stores and sales team

5. CMS Charges Reconciliation & ERP accounting

6. Payment gateway charges reconciliation and ERP accounting

7. Dealing with Banks and Payment Gateways

8. Assist for Statutory Audit/GST filings and other support


Job Requirements:

1. CA with 2-4 years of relevant experience/Semi qualified CA with 6 years of relevant experience from retail sector;

2, Strong financial expertise, communication and management skills;

3. Experience in accounting and management of receivables module is preferred, experience in handling offline stores in retail sector is preferred;

4, Familiar with the company's internal accounting financial process, have the basic knowledge of tax;

5, Skilled use of Oracle ERP system, familiar with basic financial analysis methods is preferred.

6. English can be used as the daily working language.
